Half the fun of a restaurant is the experience- something Jpan is no stranger to. With a beautiful and inviting atmosphere, their new wagyu beef dish only adds to the full package of a truly delightful dining experience. Thin strips of wagyu beef are presented with a Korean salad, which is similar to kimchi but not as spicy. From here, your server presents a smooth, heated volcanic rock used to cook the beef on top of. They then coat the rock with butter and give you the driver seat. Placing the thin strips of fresh beef on top of sizzling, aromatic butter is an experience not to miss out on. As restaurant owner Daniel Dokko raves, “Kids love this dish because they feel like they are cooking their own dinner.” Cooked to your own perfection, this appetizer is truly both delicious and fun!
