Firmo Construction, one of Sarasota's leading sustainable construction management firms, has been selected to develop a new build-out for Center For Sight. One of the nation's top multi-disciplinary eye care groups, Center For Sight is looking to open a 3,200 square feet office in a new plaza in Palmer Ranch. Firmo was selected after delivering the best value for the project in a competitive bid with two other reputable companies.
With an estimated three months for completion, the new location for Center For Sight will adopt specific design guidelines, becoming the model for the standardization of every future location. Working with architect Tom Walter and contributing their construction management expertise, Firmo will keep the project under tight scheduling to maximize efficiency while also adhering to the specific brand and design standards to create and redefine the model for future Center For Sight facilities.
