In a season filled with thrills and chills, adventurous types find themselves in their element. Don't let your taste buds miss out on all the fun, and make you way down to the pay and to the dining room at Marina Jack. There, prepare to concur the most famous of Florida's many wild creatures - although you may find it goes down a bit easier than you expect.
Enter Marina Jack's Bayou Alligator Tacos; most Floridians are able to claim a close encounter with these scaly animals, but most haven't had the pleasure of tasting one. If you're going to do it, do it right, with succulent, white alligator meat flat fried and served with creole style slaw, chorizo aioli and a creamy jalapeño vinaigrette to add a bit of spice.
