Renovations are scheduled to start at Bobby Jones Golf Club in early 2021. City leaders made the difficult, yet fiscally responsible decision to keep Bobby Jones Golf Club closed until construction is complete. During these difficult times and the health emergency, Bobby Jones Golf Club lost over six weeks of “in-season” revenue. The repercussions resulted in a substantial deficit to the operating budget.

The American and British courses are open to the public as nature trails for walking, jogging, running, birding, and bicycling. It is an opportunity to enjoy the beautiful outside, get some exercise, and enjoy nature on over 250 acres of open space right in the City.

We all long for the day when the golf course reopens, however, we can’t store golf shop merchandise until that day.
