Impact100 SRQ Awards $342,000 to Three Area Nonprofits

Impact100 SRQ awarded $342,000 in transformational, high impact grants today to three local nonprofits committed to improving the community. Each of the three nonprofits will receive a $114,000 grant to support the following “community changing” programs: Education: SKY Family YMCA. Project: Nurturing the Potential of Every Child, Family: Children’s Cancer Center. Project: Sarasota/Manatee Program expansion for Children Battling Cancer and Health & Wellness: Mayor’s Feed the Hungry Program. Project: Fresh Food for ALL. said Jane Watt, Impact 100 SRQ chapter president says, "Through our collective giving, Impact100 SRQ members have the power to transform our community together, one impactful grant at a time.”
