Falling head-over-heels for this little slice of Gulf Coast heaven, Flood became inspired to give others, whether residents or visitors, a space to connect and relax without the concern of occupancy restrictions. Come May 2021, she launched Sarasota Picnics—now servicing the Siesta Key and Lido Key beaches as well as Bayfront Park. 

Through her full-service picnic coordination, you can create your perfect dining experience by selecting from a variety of refreshment packages—including seasonal meat and cheese charcuterie boards from Morton’s Gourmet Market, a Grazing Board of locally sourced fruits and veggies, a Brunch Platter option with Five-O Donuts and lastly, a Dessert option of various cookies and cakes. Flood and her team assist in selecting the location and take care of setting up your luxury outing with casual lounging, pillow seating, lanterns, a boho farm table, candles and more.
