Fishman & Associates has hired three experienced business development professionals. The new team members are Matt Andrus, Justin Sells, and Jennifer Stott. Bob Daly, the president and owner of Fishman & Associates, made the announcement today. “Matt, Justin and Jennifer have significant experience in the food service industry, and we’re excited to have them join our team,” Daly noted. “Matt managed restaurant operations for more than 23 years, Justin was a chef for 18 years, and Jennifer was the program director for Farm Fresh Rhode Island after being a chef for 20 years.” Fishman & Associates, established in 1986, provides food service design support to clients nationwide including top restaurants, assisted living and retirement centers, country clubs, resorts, clubhouses, hospitals, other healthcare facilities, hotels, schools, churches, and more. The Fishman team has supported more than 360 senior living projects in 25 states. Its expertise includes kitchen design, bar and dining room layout, equipment specification, cost budgeting, refrigeration, and fabrication for new and remodeled food service facilities.
