RocketKids Article

New College of Florida recently finalized new guaranteed admission program agreements with six additional colleges, including Broward College, Miami-Dade College, Pasco-Hernando State College, Palm Beach State College, Polk State College and Valencia College, as part of the NCF Transform partner program. With these new agreements, the NCF Transform Program, which guarantees students’ admission to New College of Florida after completing an associate in arts degree from a partner college, now has a total of 15 partner colleges throughout the state of Florida. In addition to the six colleges that recently joined, the program’s partner colleges include St. Petersburg College, Daytona State College, Hillsborough Community College, Lake-Sumter State College, Florida SouthWestern State College, State College of Florida, Santa Fe College, Tallahassee Community College, and SUNY Orange County in Orange County, New York. These partnerships will offer students who complete their associate degree in arts within eight semesters guaranteed admission to New College of Florida and qualifies them for up to $10,000 for the Presidential Honors Scholar scholarship if they meet the agreement requirements and attend New College beginning in Fall 2023. Transfer students will be assigned their own faculty adviser and nationally certified career coach, as well as receive guaranteed scholarships, making New College a highly cost-effective option.
