The Inaugural Sarasota Wine Festival Prepares for Debut

Anticipation is rising as the inaugural Sarasota Wine Festival gears up to captivate wine enthusiasts and community supporters alike. Launching Saturday, March 23, 2024 at Selby Five Points Park in downtown Sarasota, FL, the event will feature vineyards from around the world, live music, food trucks, tasting seminars and more. Event is rain or shine and will take place from 4-10PM. The event offers Free Admission for access to live music, food trucks and more. For those seeking an immersive wine experience, the festival has two tiers of ticketing, which are currently on sale: General Admission Ticket: Includes tastings from unique vineyards from around the world, a souvenir wine glass, tote bag, a food truck voucher, opportunity to vote for festival favorite, and access to an on-site pop up wine shop. Wine tasting window is from 5-9PM. VIP Ticket: Includes everything above PLUS exclusive access to a private area with tables, private bathrooms, special wines, exclusive access to sommeliers, heavy hors d'oeuvres, and a swag bag. There are a limited number of VIP tickets available. VIP Wine tasting window is from 4-9PM. Ticketed attendees will have the opportunity to explore a diverse array of wines, including an exceptional selection of reds, whites, and sparkling varieties sourced from unique vineyards around the world. There will also be a craft cocktail lounge featuring mixology classes, as well as a beer truck. Live music will kick off at 4:30PM with Suzanne Lucas and the Hot Boyz showcasing their electrifying three-piece jazz/blues ensemble. The festival headliners, Bynge will take the stage from 7-10 rocking through the decades. The Sarasota Wine Festival is proud to partner with the Harvard Club of Sarasota, a 501(c)3 organization. This year, proceeds from the wine festival will go directly toward providing scholarships to local nonprofit leaders, covering executive education tuition and expenses. By enhancing the skills and connections of our talented local leaders, the fundraiser aims to create tremendous opportunities for the Suncoast and our community.
