Christopher Alan Homes Hires Smale as Vice President of Strategic Planning

Kristine Smale has joined Christopher Alan Homes as vice president of strategic planning. With experience in strategic market analysis, Smale will lead the company's expansion into new markets and strengthen its presence in Southwest Florida.Smale’s previous positions include senior vice president of advisory at Zonda and vice president at John Burns Real Estate Consulting. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Iowa and also has a certificate in Urban Real Estate from the University of Illinois-Chicago. Smale is on the executive board for ULI Southwest Florida and will become chair in June 2024. She also serves as treasurer for the Real Estate Investment Society of Southwest Florida. Smale is also a board member for the West Coast Florida March of Dimes.
