Florida hometown builder Christopher Alan Homes has sold over 40 homes in Palm Bay since expanding to the East Coast. The sales represent more than half of the Fort Myers-based builder’s inventory of new-construction single-family homes built on individual home sites in that market. In Palm Bay, Christopher Alan Homes offers a variety of three and four-bedroom floor plans with 1,372 to 1,829 square feet under air and attached two-car garages on individual homesites, priced from the high $200s.
