Tickets for the Sarasota-Manatee Originals' Forks & Corks University, a highlight of the annual Forks & Corks Food and Wine Festival, go on sale Tuesday, December 17th at 7PM. On Saturday, January 25, 2025, four engaging wine seminars will provide wine enthusiasts with exclusive access to renowned winemakers and industry professionals. Each 90-minute Master Class features 10-12 wine tastings, expert insights, and light bites. Explore diverse wines from around the world in "Wines Without Borders," discover iconic producers in "Legends of the Vine," delve into innovative techniques in "Avant-Garde Expressions," and savor cool-climate masterpieces in "Elegance in Every Sip."
