Sarasota County’s Public Utilities has earned the prestigious Gold Level of the Envision Award for its Bee Ridge Water Reclamation Facility Expansion and Advanced Wastewater Treatment Conversion Project, marking the first time in Florida that a wastewater project has achieved this distinction. Awarded by the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure (ISI), the Envision Award recognizes outstanding sustainable infrastructure projects that positively impact the environment, economy, and community.
