tools to prepare for the changes we will face for 2024.

to unexpected circumstances on the horizon that could impact the way in which we operate.
From economic signifiers to the presidential election, weather concerns and investment reticence,
this year is shaping up to be one of the most impactful in this decade.
• How can nonprofits work with donors to improve mission
impact and overcome economic investment concerns?
• How can nonprofits shore up financial buffers in preparation for unexpected turns
in the economyand personal investment in charitable endeavors?
• What are the tools, skills and organizational plans nonprofits can employ to ensure
agilityand responsiveness to cultural, environmental and market influences?
• How can nonprofits ensure the mental well being
of theirclients and staff during times of rapid change?
• How can an intense focus on your mission be a bulwark
against distraction and dissociation in turbulent times?
• How can nonprofits turn unexpected change into opportunity?

SB2 GIVING COAST LUNCHEONS
SB2 is a community, philanthropic and business initiative comprised of a series of three annual luncheons devoted to key regional topics in philanthropy. SB2 focuses on the collaboration between Sarasota and the Bradenton Area and catalyzes relevant and future-focused regional dialogue through a keynote presentation and facilitated panel discussion with regional representatives from both counties and nationally on topics impacting our local economy.
Each luncheon features an in-depth keynote presentation from a notable regional expert in the field who joins the panel to expand on the context of the topic and deliver fresh perspective on how our community fits into the broader picture of the state, region and country. Adding to the engagement-centric atmosphere, SB2 will also feature an awards ceremony during each luncheon celebrating local changemakers, passionate localpreneurs and philanthropic good heros. Topics, opening presentations, panelists and speakers will be confirmed one to two months in advance of the symposium date as relevant community dialogue evolves.
