Firmo Construction, one of Sarasota's leading sustainable construction management firms, has announced the completion of White Sands Physical Therapy & Aquatics. A comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation center offering physical therapy, aquatics, and balance programs to heal patients, the owner of the facility, John Sutherland, initially approached Firmo for a bathroom remodel. However, through a series of attentive, personalized meetings, the Firmo team was able to collaborate with Sutherland and configure an extensively remodeled interior space and exterior facade facelift for White Sands, addressing all of his needs and business objectives.

With a phased approach during the construction process, Firmo was able to ensure White Sands continued operation during construction, resulting in a fully gutted and revitalized facility, giving White Sands, and Sutherland, exactly what he needed.
