It was an all-cash deal. Co-listed by Roger Pettingell and Nicholle DiPinto McKiernan with Coldwell Banker Realty, the property features an approximately 5,400 sq. ft., three-bedroom main house and a two-bedroom guest house. An enclosed courtyard is situated between the two homes with a 60’ heated lap pool.
