Caldwell Trust Opens Venice HQ
“We will always be personal, traditional and independent, and we will remain faithful to ‘What We Believe,’ our founding principles," said CEO Kelly Caldwell. "We have a plaque with these principles inside our grand foyer, where we see them every day,” he said. The new headquarters is an 11,500-square-foot facility with a wing dedicated to trust administration and another to the high-tech software being utilized by the company. Central in the structre is a 24-foot-by-36-foot main conference room with state-of-the-art video equipment available. The company has grown from managing $400 million when it opened in 1993 to handling $800 million today. A priority for the company in choosing a new site for headquarters was remaining in Venice, company officials said.
