DeSoto Square Mall sold for $33.75 million
Rockwood Real Estate Advisors just completed the auction to sell DeSoto Square Mall at auction. The winning bid was $33.75 million. Information about the winning bidder is not yet available. In the past three hours, offers rose from $13 million to more than $33 million. The mall was up for grabs at www.auction.com/Florida/commercial-auction-asset/193016470-7787-303-Us-301-Boulevard-West-BRADENTON-FL-34205-B134.
